Recently we hosted a visit for the Young Farmers Clubs of Ulster (YFCU) at our Dungannon site. The evening compromised of a company and site presentation and a carcass display, followed by a live demonstration in the lairage focused on selecting lambs for slaughter. #YFCU

Our C2C Competition has drawn to a close and it has been great to deliver the winners their prizes of a Prime Rib of Beef. Visitors to the Royal Welsh Winter Fair, Balmoral Show & Royal Highland show were invited to a sensory panel to taste samples of steak and provide feedback.

2 years ago I was in Kyiv having an amazing weekend. We are at the Obolon Arena watching brilliant football. It’s heartbreaking to see that there is fighting and war there today. I can’t get my head round it. Just hoping somehow all those innocent people are ok. It’s harrowing.
