@AirFranceUK It still shows my claim is closed. All I am asking for is why my refund is not being processed according to the refund policy on your website and on my ticket. If you can’t give me this I shall contact @UK_CAA to explore other options to get my answers and money back.

@airfrance please can you RT where in your t&c’s it states only tax will be refunded for a fully refundable ticket. If you can’t do this I will appreciate if you can update my claim with number C-5639331 where you have failed to agree to fully refund my ticket since Oct 22.

@AirFranceUK Hi Yvonne. Thank you for picking this up, I tried viewing but the link doesn’t work. Changed it to .co.uk and I get redirected to where to fill in my booking details. After filling this I get an error “Sorry, all the flights in this booking have been canceled.”

In the middle of this @AirFranceUK have severally agreed my ticket was fully refundable and I ought to get at least all the base fare paid back. I have gone through various channels and will keep doing this until you get your act together and stop cheating customers.

Your customer support have twice gone back on their word, first they said the base fare of tickets are only fully refunded and some part of the tax, after I argued the refund I received was a paltry sum, even less than the tax paid they changed this to only some tax is refundable

And if you don’t use post codes for delivery! It shouldn’t be a required field and should be remove as well!! Also, even if this was the correct address how do you just assume somebody outside placed this order! No single validation. Even to ask for the order ID!!!

@JustEatUK @JustEatIE This is to complain about your extremely terrible customer service and that of Star Pizza Dublin as well. Extremely terrible and rude customer service!!! I was even told to be wasting my time by the star pizza representative!!

I called just eat and the restaurant and they were so rude, and quick to point out the address issue without admitting they didn’t follow my instructions in the order. Please if you are not going to follow the additional comments! Remove it!!!
