The level of mentally lazy people we have eh 🤔
Y’all want to reduce everything to a talking point just to score very dumb and cheap scores!! Mtcheeew 🙄
Someone quoted my post, challenging why I mentioned the ₦1.5bn given to people affected by the attacks.
Because these aren’t people who just woke up and got free money🙄. Many were displaced, lost homes and lost the means by which they survived.
The money is meant to help them start rebuilding their livelihoods while efforts continue to make returning home possible.
You can criticise the government all you want. But sometimes, in trying to make a point, don’t be daft and Atleast not close to me!
Lst week, Nigerian law enforcement agencies, particulrly the DSS, reportedly arrested a suspected kingpin identified as Mahmoud, also known as the Ardo of Mahanga, over alleged links to raids n village takeovers in Plateau State.
Kudos to Gov @CalebMutfwang@OfficialDSSNG@Biggy
Personally, I’m glad that I no longer see things like “my heart goes out to” from our government!
You can see moves being made to ensure the menace comes to an end.
I genuinely hope that someday we look back and say, this worked out!
Gov Mutfwang’s renewed focus on intelligence, prevention and stronger coordination is the right direction in the fight against insecurity. The challenges are real, but so are the efforts.Let’s support every genuine step toward protecting lives, restoring peace and securing Plateau
Governor Caleb Mutfwang convened the Plateau State Security Council and directed security agencies to intensify intelligence gathering, inter-agency collaboration and preventive operations to stop attacks before they happen.
This latest step builds on his administration’s broader security efforts, including the strengthening of Operation Rainbow, bringing experienced security professionals into key positions, engagement with federal security authorities, and initiatives focused on peacebuilding and the protection of vulnerable communities.
The message is clear: Plateau’s security response is increasingly focused not only on reacting to attacks, but on intelligence, prevention, coordination and community protection.
The work continues, but the strategy is moving from reaction toward prevention.
Strengthening intelligence, collaboration and prevention shows a clear commitment to protecting lives and communities across Plateau. A commendable step toward a safer Plateau.
Wit faith in God n confidence in the future of Plateau, let us continue to support Gov Mutfwang. Leadership comes with challenges, but with God’s wisdom, courage n the collective support of our people, we can overcome today’s difficulties n build a more peaceful n prosperous Plato
I don’t think we should pretend the security situation on the Plateau is where it should be. It isn’t.
But I also don’t think it’s fair to say Mutfwang is doing nothing about it.
₦1.5bn is now being distributed to 1,571 families affected by attacks, while the government continues working with security agencies on intelligence, response and prevention.
The attacks are still a problem. But so is pretending there is no effort being made to address them.
Plateau must come first. I stand with Governor Mutfwang and support every genuine effort to secure lives and restore peace. Let us unite beyond party, tribe and religion, because insecurity affects us all. Together, we can overcome it.
PLATEAU FIRST: LET'S UNITE BEHIND GOV. MUTFWANG AGAINST INSECURITY, NOT USE IT FOR POLITICS
We all bleed with it. Insecurity does not know tribe or religion. It does not know APC or PDP. It kills everyone who calls Plateau home.
When we unite, Plateau will win.

This is encouraging news. It could be a significant step in disrupting the networks behind attacks in Plateau. Credit to the security agencies and the Mutfwang administration for supporting proactive security efforts.
Human lives must never be politicized.
The pain and loss of our people should unite us in compassion and sincere search for solutions, not in mockery or point-scoring.
Politics will come and go, but human lives are irreplaceable.
May the souls of the departed R.I.P
Governor Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang has reaffirmed the Plateau State Government’s commitment to families affected by the violence experienced across parts of the State between March and July 2025.
From Barkin Ladi to Bassa, Bokkos to Mangu, Riyom and other affected communities, families lost loved ones, homes were destroyed, livelihoods were disrupted, and many were forced to leave communities they had called home for decades. Among those affected are farmers, traders, widows, widowers, children, elderly persons and persons living with disabilities.
The Governor noted that the intervention is more than a disbursement of funds; it is an acknowledgement of the pain and losses suffered by affected families and a demonstration that their experiences and future matter to the government.
A total of ₦1.5 billion in humanitarian assistance is being provided to support 1,571 affected heads of households. The intervention comprises ₦1 billion donated by Her Excellency, the First Lady of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON, and ₦500 million from the Plateau State Government.
Governor Mutfwang expressed profound appreciation to Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON, for the generous intervention and for standing with the people of Plateau State at a difficult time.
While acknowledging that no financial assistance can replace a lost loved one or erase the trauma of displacement and destruction, the Governor said the intervention will provide immediate relief and help affected families begin rebuilding their lives and livelihoods.
He further emphasised that the government’s responsibility goes beyond immediate relief. The next phase will focus on restoring livelihoods, supporting farmers to return to their farms, rebuilding affected means of income, and creating the security and peaceful conditions necessary for communities to return home.
Governor Mutfwang has also directed affected communities to submit their priority projects through their respective Local Government Councils to the Interministerial Committee for consideration and action, with the aim of supporting community-led recovery and development.
The Governor stressed that the true measure of the intervention will not simply be the amount disbursed, but whether affected families are able to stand again, livelihoods are restored, and communities can return home safely and with dignity.
The Plateau State Government remains committed to standing with affected families, supporting recovery, facilitating safe return, promoting peaceful coexistence and creating the conditions for sustainable development across the State.
Our Leader and Governor, Sir Barr. Caleb Mutfwang, we know the times are challenging, but our sincere prayers, support, and best wishes remain with you. May God continue to strengthen and guide you. 💚💚💚
#GCM#Plateau state will Triumph
If you want to compete with Mutfwang, by all means. But make the argument interesting. 😂
Criticising the person in office is the easy part.
The more serious question is: what would you do differently?
That is where political competition does get interesting.
Because if you’re coming to challenge an incumbent, “you’re not good enough” is a very vague opening statement. Come with something that can actually stand on its own. Let’s see if it can even stand a chance 😌
