Last week I rotated Capital Into DTK on my trading portfolio.
-Reason: I believe DTK is undervalued and has significant upside ptential
-However, management must do the following to unlock this value:
-Improve on the dividend pay out
-improve earnings from non Kenyan subsidiaries
-Work on CTI ratio. Its one of the inneficient banks
-get out of the comfort zone of asian clientele & position to compete on the the corporate scene
-leverage its distribution network for insurance and other services
