I do have a note about the layout about the Fire teams here, whilst Charlie is definitely suited for anti-rapture operations, it would be far more likely for these fireteams to each have their own individual grenadiers (such as with US Army Rangers, book attached here) than to have a completely separate fireteam, this is for redundancy and to ensure that, in this case, if each fire team had its own grenadier, then the loss of one fireteam won’t completely remove the squadrons heavy weaponry.
