There is so much they could be doing to reduce cogs.
Unfortunately I don’t see the right people in the right positions of leadership at the club.
Imagine having super warehouses located in various areas on track to start with to reduce rents, investments in feed systems, bedding supplies - waste removal and even vets on their own books along with Visa programs for international riders to help with staffing issues.

All would help reduce costs, which could then be passed down the line.
Unfortunately there seems to be too many 🦖‘S and not enough consultations with everyone in the industry.
