@NHSMillion My Dad got bowel cancer in his late 50s. I'm mid 50s and was grateful for the opportunity to check for something that got bad before Dad knew he had it.

He survived it but with major issues afterwards.

If you get a test, use it or be a numpty!

@Tescorealtruth @Tesco Also customer service on checking the next morning was told it had been delivered at 8.30 am. It hadn't as I was still home then. I got a phonecall from a driver at 11.30 while I was at work in a meeting to say he was at mine, where was I? I'd already arranged to cancel!

@Tesco if your drivers are still on the road allegedly running late, you need to give a contact number to find out what is happening. It's now gone midnight, the app says driver is on the road & I'm next but it's said that for the last hour. Not the first time. No phone call!

We’re seeking to identify the individual pictured after the disturbance of a Sche 1 protected bird at an active nest.

Their presence caused the adult birds to leave the nest potentially putting vulnerable chicks at risk during the current extreme heat.

The little hedgehog that was being kicked around like a football by kids in Maidstone hasn't been doing well.

Even though he was taken to a vet by a DPD driver before he was transferred here, a further and thorough assessment by our vet under sedation today found that his upper palate had been broken and his liver lacerated from the impact of the blunt force trauma inflicted.

He was helped across the rainbow bridge.

It's not often I cry even though I see some awful injuries and unimaginable suffering on a regular basis but this little one was a baby and had his life intentionally kicked out of him before he had even had a chance to live one. By children. 💔

Whales are being harpooned again in Iceland in 2026, despite overwhelming evidence that these hunts cause fear, suffering, and prolonged deaths.

These vulnerable whales are intelligent, social beings who feel pain, form bonds, and fight to survive. They should be protected, not targeted for profit.
