@camhigby She’s sadly another useful idiot, sacrificed on the altar of progressive brain rot, and had her logical mind snatched away from her. RIP and pray for her children who had nothing to do with any of their mom’s misguided beliefs.
@Iso20022Maniac Totally agree. There’s no way that was worth it, but it’s honestly how Feds are trained. They aren’t exactly known for nuance, which is why you shouldn’t F around with Feds. But I feel bad bc clearly she panicked at the situation she get herself in, whether it was stupid or not
@Iso20022Maniac From a purely moral framework I tend to agree with you, he COULD have moved. But Feds don’t play like that. You resist an order and the Feds aren’t backing down OR making it possible for you to flee without catching a 9mm by boxing you in. But legally, he’s textbook.
@Iso20022Maniac You’re making a moral argument not a legal one. I’m making a legal argument. When someone uses a weapon (a car) the threat can legally be stopped even upon said person fleeing. Example: A person who shoots can still be shot at after running away for example. It’s a legal shoot.
@Iso20022Maniac He’s a fed, not some cuck beat cop. Feds don’t stand down and he had no duty to retreat. She was instructed out of the car and she chose to try to run, which put an Agent in the way. Could he have moved? Maybe, but it’s irrelevant under the law. Justified shoot, full stop.
@cenkuygur@cenkuygur you can’t just apply your own standards where there’s legal definitions. Don’t be obtuse. Feds have no duty to flee from a lawful order. She chose to escalate things and paid the price. She could have just not resisted arrest and used an SUV as a weapon
@KingViparious@MyLordBebo Well this stops the argument. That shot from the front wouldn’t have had the correct angle to shoot the driver unless it was head on. A side shot would have penetrated over by the passenger seat.
@MyLordBebo You just perfectly described a legally justified shooting with 3 and 4. That’s exactly how legal detainment, illegal resisting arrest, and lethal force justification is described. Thanks.
