@StVincentIN Still waiting on my refund for the $1400 you overbilled me last year. Also, thanks for incorrectly sending my fully paid account to collections. That was fun to discover as we tried to buy a house. Any interest in returning my money?
I'm happy to see car manufacturers doubling down on Indiana. First $400M from Chrysler-Fiat now $700M from Toyota. More jobs continue to increase my investment outlook in the state. https://t.co/mnGM4O8vYG

We still aren’t building enough houses in Indy, especially starter homes. This lack of supply is one of the reasons why people are renting longer and apartment demand is so strong.
As prices for apartments that need renovations go up, and construction costs have stabilized, what is the tipping point where it just makes more sense to build new?
Job growth continues to trend upward in Q4. From an apartment investing perspective job growth is one of the best indicators of rent growth in apartments. I believe we have a couple more years to run in the apartment sector.

You should only surround yourself with two types of people: the people who you want to be like, and the people who love and support you no matter what.
Eli Lilly is adding 100 new high-skill jobs to downtown Indy and investing $400M in operations on the south side of downtown. It's great seeing the continued investment growth in our town.

@JimmyBIndy Those are national stats. I can tell you in Indy houses appreciated 14% last year while wages grew 1-2% so that is not helping first time buyers, but good for apartment owners #realestateinvesting#multifamily#passiveincome
First-time home buyers’ median age is 33, the oldest since 1981.
The median age of all homebuyers hit 47, up from 31 in 1981.
To consider a house affordable in 2018 you needed income of $93K. The median household income is $63K. Investing in apartments sound good to anyone else?
When two people believe opposite things, chances are that one of them is wrong. It pays to find out if that someone is you. In thoughtful disagreement, your goal is not to convince the other party that you are right—it is to find out which view is true and what to do about it.
What an experience to sit on the hardwood and watch a game! Great win Hoosiers! Thanks cindelmarie for a fun birthday weekend in Bloomington @ Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall https://t.co/0CGHvNc7N0
