There are clearly not enough options for all the dietary needs for students on campus and the university knows this. To make matters worse the food that is provided is often poorly labeled, or even mislabeled, on its ingredients.

Truly horrible to hear coming from a place that claims to “put students first”...
@aquafixx We think it’s pretty serious when student workers are forced to go without pay for five weeks, or when students feel they can’t use the meal plan they were forced to purchase...

A living wage for student workers means $15/hr, and we will continue to fight for that!!

Kent State University advertises its inclusive dining options as a selling point to incoming freshmen. This year, however, students have been accusing dining services of failing to provide equal dining options for students with dietary restrictions.
