@ArrivaKent I complete this form weekly and still have not a proper response about how the service will be improved. The 531 bus left 13 minutes late again today! As the it is getting darker and winter weather, this is very concerning for child safety.

@ArrivaKent 531 bus from Noah’s Ark to Tonbridge schools is still unreliable. 7th October, departed the first stop where my child gets on 15 mins late, too late for school. 8th October broke down 3 miles from school, so my and other kids stranded. Major child safeguarding issue

@ArrivaKent yesterday the 531 bus did not stop at Weald of Kent school bus stop, leaving my child stranded. This is unacceptable and a major safeguarding issue. Can you please do something about the ongoing issues with this service!

@ArrivaUKBus My daughter has just started secondary school, getting the 531 from Kemsing to last stop, Hillview. It’s due to leave at 7:14. 4 of 5 days so far, the bus has been late to the very first stop, up to 20 mins late, making her late to school. Please can you address this

@ArrivaKent @ArrivaKent the 531 bus did not turn up at the first stop today where my daughter gets on. I saw it drive off further along the road. Can do please urgently sort this out, it’s causing a lot of distress for my daughter!

@OpenreachHelp an #openreach engineer has just finished doing work outside my property and now I have no broadband!! My neighbour’s is working fine but ours is not. Merry Xmas FFS!!

@OpenreachHelp I was told by Sky that openreach would guarantee to fix my broadband today. And it is STILL not working. I will be writing to the ombudsman to complain as my complaints to Openreach and Sky have done nothing.

@Hermesparcels I was expecting a parcel today on Xmas eve that is weeks overdue. It’s a Xmas present for my 8 year old daughter. Her Xmas ruined. Thanks @Hermesparcels

@FedExHelpEU thanks for ruining our holiday. Despite the parcel tracking originally saying a passport would be delivered Monday, then changing to Tuesday, me phoning and getting confirmation the passport would be Tuesday, the parcel tracker now says Wednesday! Holiday cancelled!

@Michael190778 @HM_Passport In the same boat. No clear mention of 10 weeks when we applied for child renewal in September. Also supposed to travel next week and looking like an expensive cancellation. This trip was very important for my family.
