Save Our Pharmacy Update:
We have been informed, from reliable sources, that Kenton will be getting a new pharmacy.
We will be seeking more information regarding when this will open, but we believe that it will take several months.

There will be a special bus service on Sunday May 19th from Four Lane Ends interchange to the Racecourse for the Childrens Cancer Run.

We have written to the Head of Place asking if passengers can be provided with a temporary shelter at the Bus Stop on the High Street.

I wonder how many Fixed penalty notices for littering have been issued for areas outside of the city centre?

It’s also scandalous that only 4 FPN’s were issued for dog fouling.

Rob Austin and The Kenton Focus Team have started a petition to the North of Tyne Local Pharmaceutical Committee and Newcastle Health and Wellbeing Board to seek assurances that they will ensure a pharmacy service is continued locally should Boots close.
