Today, I had the pleasure of leading the Posta Kenya team in formalizing the renewal of our longstanding newspaper distribution partnership with Radio Africa Group, led by its Group Editorial Director, Mr. Paul Ilado.

This renewed commitment strengthens Posta Kenya's role as the trusted nationwide distribution partner for The Star newspaper and highlights the value of strategic collaborations in achieving sustainable growth and service excellence through serving Kenyans.

Today, I had the privilege of meeting with Captain William Ruto, Managing Director of the Kenya Ports Authority, at his office in Mombasa. We discussed Posta Kenya’s strategic intention to develop our space at the docks—positioning ourselves to receive consignments for breaking bulk and deconsolidation of e-commerce items, directly feeding into last-mile delivery.

Posta Kenya is aggressively pushing its clearing and forwarding business, and this engagement marks a key step toward operationalizing that vision. The future of trade is seamless, and we are ready to deliver.

The National Postal Hub plays a pivotal role in the movement, sorting and distribution of mail, parcels and logistics services across the country.
Had a candid and productive engagements with our teams at the hub, listening to their experiences, operational realities and areas that require support and improvement.

Despite evolving industry demands, I commend our staff for their resilience and commitment in ensuring continuity of service. As we advance Posta Kenya’s transformation agenda, we remain focused on strengthening operational efficiency, addressing existing challenges and building a modern, responsive and customer focused Postal ecosystem for all Kenyans.

Had a productive engagement with the CEO of Systhen International, a French company supported by Business France and mandated to collaborate with key public stakeholders in Kenya on opportunities aligned with the digital transformation agenda.

As one of the key public institutions, Posta Kenya explored potential areas of collaboration aimed at harnessing digital innovation to transform the postal sector into a modern, efficient and ready ecosystem.

Earlier today, I hosted a high-level Chinese delegation of leading logistics investors exploring business and investment opportunities in Kenya.

The delegation later headed to the City Square office of exchange and the National hub to appreciate Posta's logistics infrastructure.

We are unlocking strategic partnerships, driving innovation and positioning @Posta_Kenya as a key logistics hub in the region.
