Over the years, Kuwait has established itself as a valuable partner to Kenya in matters of development. Through our cooperation, we have witnessed major infrastructural developments that have enhanced our country’s transformation journey.

In New York, held talks with the Crown Prince of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah.

We agreed to work towards enhancing trade and investment between our nations, investing in education, developing Special Economic Zones, implementing labour agreements and accessing markets for Kenyan products.

Kenya and Kuwait enjoy long-standing bilateral ties that have created the platform for partnership across various sectors, including education, where the Kuwaiti Government continues to support infrastructure development in parts of the country.

Productive bilateral engagement with H.E, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Digital Development and Transport.

On the sidelines of the DCO General Assembly, we explored collaboration in digital infrastructure, e-government services, and enhanced regional connectivity. Kenya remains committed to sharing best practices and building partnerships that advance digital inclusion and economic growth.

Great engagement with my counterpart from the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, H.E. Eng. Sami Smeirat.

On the sidelines of the DCO General Assembly, we discussed accelerating MoUs in the pipeline to strengthen our bilateral trade ties expanding tea and coffee exports, collaborating on pharmaceutical manufacturing, and advancing digital infrastructure.

Kenya is also keen to leverage Jordan’s strategic EPZs to access global markets as we deepen cooperation on the Digital Economy and the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA).

Strengthening the Kenya-Cambodia Digital Corridor!

On the sidelines of the @DCOorg 5th General Assembly in Kuwait, I held a productive bilateral meeting with my counterpart from Cambodia, H.E. Chea Vandeth (@mptccambodia).

We explored strategic collaborations on:

Digital Government Transformation
Cross-border Tech Innovation
