Good afternoon with the clinical team in our new workspace 💙 Proud to live and lead in health in Oldham 💙

Today was Clinical leadership day. Great to spend afternoon setting objectives and reflecting on success due to the work of the clinicians within Oldham locality- NHS GM team and colleagues across our patch.
Highlights of last year include;
33% increase in pts receiving all 8 DM care processes
Funding secured for another round of GPN recruitment
80% of all under 19s with Asthma receiving full review.
Oldham 3rd in country for statin coverage. (Evidence to follow later in month!)
Grateful that great things are possible when we work together.
