It’s been 5 years since the worst day of our lives and man, have we changed. Our priorities shifted. Our ability to speak up has grown. We now feel comfortable in hospitals and as comfortable as possible with the unknown.

but it is minor compared to what she has done before. Due to the lack of transplant program at Cook Children’s, she moved to Children’s Health in Dallas. It was a difficult change because Cook’s was really special to us, but we have been happy with the staff here.
