The Minnesota Wild (104 pts) were the 3rd best team in the West this season.
They should’ve played the 6-seed Mammoth (92 pts).
Instead, they played the 2-seed Stars (112 pts)… and took care of business.
Their reward? The 1-seed Avs (121 pts).
Just absolutely ridiculous.
Vikings fans are in a tough spot right now, but if this season has shown us anything, it’s that this league has a development and patience problem.
You’ve got a proven coach who knows how to develop players, now you’ve got to be patient with JJ and sit with the frustrations that come with growth. He needs time, more time than you probably want to give, but he’s shown enough flashes to believe he can be special.
I believe Kevin O’Connell will get him right, and that we’ll see a completely different player next season.
genuinely bad for the sport. 55 points with 26 free throw attempts is not good basketball. especially when his teammates are allowed to play football on the other end of the floor. NBA officiating needs to get it together. stop rewarding flops period.
