Remember the Dad who was being interviewed by MSNOW and CNN about his son…who was struggling with his mental health on the USS Lincoln?
This man…Luis Manuel Aviles…revealed ship conditions that Pete Hegseth is denying…and lying about. He was likely instrumental in helping get these sailors headed on their way home
He’s been arrested by immigration officials.
Trump is rolling back immigration protection for military families.
This is what retribution looks like.
If Amazon is charging me to rent a 20-year-old movie while I’m already paying for Prime, we should just reopen Blockbuster. I’d rather hand my money to an employee who can judge my life choices to my face.
BREAKING: Maj. Jason Watson has just been charged under the Uniform Code of Military Justice for three violations of Article 88 for “contemptuous” remarks about Trump.
Yes, you heard that right. He was just charged for calling for Trump’s impeachment.
A president who has service members arrested for speaking out against the president, isn’t a president. They are a dictator.
🚨BREAKING: An ICE/Border Patrol agent approached a U.S. citizen at a gas station, in Lake Worth, Florida, demanded his ID, and when the U.S. citizen asked why? …
The agent’s said, “Because you’re an immigrant.”
Except that is not how the Constitution works.
In the video, the U.S. citizen is standing at a gas station when an agent walks up and says, “Let me see your ID.”
The man asks a completely reasonable question, “Why?”
The agent responds, “Because you’re an immigrant.”
And before the man has even been identified, the agents grab his hands and puts him in handcuffs.
People standing around immediately start questioning what is happening…asking the agents how they can arrest someone when they haven’t even identified who he is…
But the agents ignore them and walk the man to their vehicle.
The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures. The Supreme Court has held that roving Border Patrol agents need reasonable suspicion, based on specific circumstances, to stop someone and question them about immigration status. And apparent ethnicity, by itself, is not enough.
So, what was the actual legal basis for demanding this man show his ID?
Because if the answer is literally… “because you’re an immigrant,” that should piss off every American.
You should not have to prove you’re a U.S. citizen before the government decides it has the right to put you in handcuffs.
And this is just another reminder that constitutional rights don’t mean anything if federal agents can violate them, over and over again, with no accountability.
Vice President JD Vance:
“Now for the first time in over five years, rents are falling for the first time…we are finally seeing that American dream of homeownership become accessible again to young people.”
BREAKING: Former Pentagon UFO scientist claims the U.S. government is secretly holding bodies from “a minimum of four” different alien species in classified military facilities.
Bro.. why is everything Bidens fault? Ground beef was under 5$ for 1lb. Now its 9-10$.. steak for a small 1lb was 6-7$ now its 15$.. watermelon was under 5$ now its 8$.. fuck you Trump your a disaster to 90% of americans
Q: What are you doing to bring beef prices down?
Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins: What we are facing in America today is the direct result of the war on cattle by the Biden administration.
From defending a domestic abuser to confusing his own district with NY-18, Mike Lawler recently had a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad week.
And as a reward for his awful behavior and the harm he’s caused the Hudson Valley, he received a glowing re-endorsement from Donald Trump, whom he votes with 100% of the time.
This is the real Mike Lawler, and in 75 days, we’ll send him packing.
🇺🇸🇺🇸🧐🤔“AND YOU STILL DARE TO OPEN YOUR MOUTH…”
Sasha Legerman: This is too accurate not to share.
This Australian’s response to Trump’s rant that “NATO does nothing for America” is absolutely devastating:
“Mate. You run a country where 600,000 homeless people will sleep on the streets tonight.
A country where 40% of adults can’t cover a $400 emergency without borrowing money.
A country where insulin costs more than a car payment, and people ration it just to stay alive.
A country where medical debt is the number one cause of bankruptcy.
A country where women die in hospital parking lots because doctors are too afraid of abortion laws to treat miscarriages.
You imprison more of your own citizens than any country on Earth.
More than China. More than Russia. More than North Korea.
In the land of the free, 2 million people sit in cages, and a quarter of them haven’t even been convicted of anything.
They’re simply too poor to afford bail.
Your life expectancy is declining. You’re the only developed nation where that’s happening.
Your infant mortality rate is worse than Cuba’s.
Your children practice active shooter drills between math and English classes while you sell defense stocks to your friends.
Your minimum wage hasn’t changed in 15 years.
Your teachers work two jobs, your veterans sleep under bridges, and you just spent a trillion dollars flattening a country that never attacked you.
And now a convicted criminal — found liable for sexual abuse, defending a pedophile, sleeping with a porn star, and running the biggest dumpster-fire campaign since the Taliban — is thanking you for yet another disaster.
And you call Greenland badly governed?
Greenland has universal healthcare. Free education. One of the lowest incarceration rates in the world.
Nobody there goes bankrupt because they got sick. Nobody dies in a waiting room because insurance refused treatment.
‘NATO wasn’t there when we needed them.’
When exactly was that, champ?
September 11?
Because NATO invoked Article 5 for the first and only time in history FOR YOU.
Soldiers from dozens of countries deployed, fought, bled, and died in Afghanistan FOR YOU.
Australia wasn’t even in NATO, and we still showed up. For twenty years.
And then you left at 2 a.m. without telling anyone and left everybody else to clean up the mess.
You don’t care that a great nation is being terrorized by your friend, and you haven’t shown it a single ounce of sympathy.
So maybe before calling other countries badly governed, take a look at your own backyard, you aluminum siding salesman with a spray tan.
The only thing badly managed in this picture is your damn mouth.
And you still dare to lecture the rest of the world?”
CNN plays a montage of Trump attacking various women in response to Jennings attacking Ossoff over Natalie Harp
Phillip: Are you going to be outraged over that?
Jennings:
Puerto Rico has no water, Gary Indiana has no power, Hawaii is flooded and had a hurricane snowstorm over a volcano, lettuce and popsicles are battling to kill you.
The USS Lincoln and the rest of the Navy are nearing mutiny, the totalitarian state of North Korea is now your friend, dog food is being recalled and your president has to hide in a catering truck. The Trump regime is an epic disaster.
Ossoff: It’s been amazing to watch this White House melt down over this all week. And about Natalie Harp, these White House staffers are adults, public officials paid by the taxpayer, with immense power in positions of public trust. And whether it’s Natalie Harp printing out Donald Trump’s daily dose of delusion and flattery, or Peter Navarro steering taxpayer-funded loans to Trump family investments, or Pete Hegseth deluding the president daily into deepening this quagmire in the Middle East, no one cares about their feelings.
The sailors on the Lincoln are fighting his war, a war based on lies, while he plays with his new ballroom, flies around on a jet given to him by a foreign prince, and retreats into this circle of sycophantic aides who tell him every day what he wants to hear, not what he needs to hear.
This entire White House is responsible for lying the country into war, and for the rest of their careers, they will be known for having participated in this obscenity.
Mike Lawler has voted FIVE times to continue Donald Trump’s reckless war of choice with Iran. It’s no wonder he’s getting booed by his own constituents.
Over the past six months, 18 American service members have lost their lives overseas, while the costs of gas, goods, and groceries skyrocket at home.
As your member of Congress, I’ll be a check on this administration’s corruption, not a rubber stamp.
