@Surendar__05 Go for the 17, it's more powerful then the other one. Plus as people have already mentioned newer hardware and longer software support. If you are photo centric then only 16 pro makes sense plus the titanium build that's awesome

I can relate to this, having sent my phone to realme service center

A bad service experience can completely ruin the excitement of buying a new phone. 💔

Last year in August, I bought an iQOO Neo 10R smartphone for around ₹25,000.
In the beginning, the phone worked really well and I genuinely liked it. The battery backup, camera quality, and overall performance were quite impressive. Everything felt smooth and premium. 📱✨

But after around 8 months, problems slowly started appearing.

Sometimes the phone would suddenly switch off while using it.
Sometimes the battery percentage would fluctuate randomly.
And occasionally, strange lines started appearing on the screen. 😓

At first, I ignored these issues because I thought it might just be a software bug and that a future update would fix everything.

But nothing improved.

Finally, I decided to visit the service center.

I somehow managed to take time out and submitted my phone there. They told me to come back after 15 days.

When I returned after 15 days, they again asked me to wait another 15 days. 😑

After all that waiting, when I finally got my phone back, the service center staff simply said:
“Nothing can be done now.”

I reminded them that the phone was still under warranty and requested a replacement, but they clearly refused for that as well.

Since then, I’ve been going around in circles, but nobody is properly listening or helping.

That’s why I want to tell everyone:
Before buying any smartphone, don’t just look at the specifications or camera quality — also check how good the company’s after-sales service actually is.
