On March 19, 2023, New York Jets (@nyjets) Cornerback DJ Reed (@D7_Reed) spoke to youth in the high security units at the Youth Detention Center.  He provided them with words of encouragement and insight into his life story and discussed his time spent at YDC as a juvenile.

Meet K9 Enzo, the newest member of the our department! Born 4/1/2024, this all-black German Shepherd trained in apprehension and detection. Partnered with SDPO Barrales, he's ready to keep our community safe! We’re paws-itively thrilled to welcome him to the team!
