You seem genuinely confused. A couple of things: 1) In a household with small children, they come first. This means your sister goes unless she makes a contribution which she doesn't; 2) If you think there us a problem with your stepson you discuss it first with his father. He should go to school regardless; 3) From your writing it appears that you don't understand the obligations of an adult mother. This is going to lead to you losing custody of your baby once Child Protective Services gets involved. I suggest you start listening to what your husband is saying so that your family can be preserved.
