@manypets_uk your claim processing and customer service is shocking! 10+ weeks and my first claim in 4 years isn’t even at the claim handler stage and no reply to comms either☹️😡 If you’re looking for pet insurance I’d avoid them as they don’t “insure your happiness”

Hi @vaxsupport can’t DM you as I’m not verified but hoping you can help. Have a dual power carpet cleaner. Clean water is leaking out and have noticed this black plug/seal has come loose but I can’t seem to reattach it?! Think it goes on the valve circled Help 😫
