@michaelfullmer@Delta 8 hours spent trying to fix the problem and someone incorrectly put me on a quarantine list for covid with the dates wrong and they can't fix it so as now can't fly. Shocking
@Delta heartbroken that a customer service advisor put me on a quarantine list incorrectly without asking my testing dates and now I can't see my family after Christmas either. Have spent 8 hours trying to sort it and even now I can't get through to the supervisor promised.
@Delta Please help us- we have been on calls, chat and no one can help us with a flight tomorrow. No one is responding and we are going around in circles. This has been a horrible experience

@Delta we have put in a request for a refund after having to cancel out flights for a positive covid result. Please can Someone let us know if that is correct. We are so worried we have just lost all of our money for our Christmas flights 😭
