The RCSD needed help before Covid 19. Sadly, this district fell behind with Barbara Deanne Williams and false promises she didn’t keep, along with the lack of community and support from parents. This district is in such jeopardy it’s sad.

It’s not corrupt, if you look into the teacher descriptions they pull out many hats to wear during the course of their day. So much so, teachers and schools are the backbone of a community. So think again before you start throwing stones.
