@kerriandrewsuk It’s really the most stunning area. Beaches are amazing- check out Barleycove near Mizen Head. There are amazing beaches too further ‘into’ West Cork towards Cork city. Warren Strand, Owenahincha. All fab with/for kids. Walking on Sheep’s Head Pen is fabulous too.

@kerriandrewsuk We’ve done West Cork holidays loads over the years. The closest we’ve stayed to Bantry is the village of Durrus, at the top of Sheep’s Head Peninsula which is a stunning area. Then you’ve got north of Bantry up towards Glengarriff and the Beara peninsula which is stunning!!
