Day 5 of 6 and @Airbnb has dragged their feet on moving us to a new place. Their strategy is to wait us out and keep switching support people on us. We’ve asked the hosts if they can add mosquito nets for the beds but they refused. Total nightmare! See Kerry’s arm
Can’t believe the terrible service from @Airbnb. They’ve refused to address our complaints for the past two days. Half of our party spent night in living room because 3 of the rooms don’t have AC as advertised and unsanitary conditions with bug infested beds. See Cameron’s leg
