@DuckieLouise When I don't have work or school, I become nocturnal. It is so easy for me to sleep at 10am and wake up at 6pm. Takes me like 3 days if I let it happen.
The only time I was a morning person was when I was in Japan for 4 months. Maybe the 17 hour time difference did something
@IT_unhinged I did something like this in a contact center job. Not purposefully, it was undiagnosed ADHD so I'd get off task or take in too many variables and over document. A 5 min case, a 60 min case; my Supe at the time deep dived all of my cases for like 2 weeks and tore me up.
Looks like I'm #OpenToWork ! My contract with #AWS is coming to an end. I'm looking for Sr. Program/Project Manager roles, Game Producer, and other similar roles in #Games , #Tech , #Marketing , or #eCommerce.
When Ruby suddenly started drooling a few months ago, we got worried. Our vet says she's #happy. Finally settled into our home.

@sircalebhammer None of those options are a good fit for me. If I absolutely had to pick, would probably stay in Austin. But Texas and Florida are on my "just visiting" list.
i dont understand how so many americans are against universal healthcare. i got sent to the hospital and stayed a night and the only thing i had to pay for was an $8 uber home. your private health insurance overlords are taking advantage of your greed and lack of compassion.
@sircalebhammer@KittyM64175228 Tbh the life hack is to live in Vancouver Washington. No state income tax on WA side, and no sales tax on Oregon side; plus all tje conveniences of Portland for airport, jobs, and shopping.
@sircalebhammer Seattle- no state income tax. Winters are more mild than NYC. The city is a little less walkable, but it's becoming more so and there's cleaner, good, public transit.
@sircalebhammer It rains less than Seattle, has the benefits of big and small city, has all four seasons and usually wont get above 90 in the summer. Maybe a few days. 2/2
@sircalebhammer Do you need somewhere hot? It's not my preference, not sure yours.
I think the life hack is living in Vancouver Washington. No state income tax in Washington, no sales tax in Oregon. You still have job opportunity in Portland across the river, and do your shopping there. 1/2
