Eleven hours into the unplanned road trip thanks to @SouthwestAir. Only 13 more left to go…. Grateful for the new friends and the company of some fellow stranded Austinites. Following the Texas North Star home @bucees#nuggsarefuel#southweststolechristmas
@Daraneshatv Saw your coverage of the Southwest fiasco. Interested in the perspective of three austinites who found each other in the cancelled flight line and have begun the long drive back to Texas from Baltimore?
@Daraneshatv I’m one of them and now in the car with my two new friends! Currently we are in Knoxville headed West. We were able to snag the last rental car from a satellite enterprise outside of Baltimore and have been on the road since 9am after exchanging numbers in line last night.

@AshleyG_KVUE@KVUE Interesting though that this is happening in the largest democratic counties in two key states. 🤔 Both Arizona and Texas…In AZ, the polls weren’t even allowed to stay open.
@AshleyG_KVUE@KVUE I’m confused I thought as long as you were in line, you were safe to vote regardless. Even if the polls had opened on time, wouldn’t the people in line in Harris county still have been able to vote if in line before 7? How can they know the difference?
