Hello! I’m Coach M1chael M, and I’m looking for a League of Legends team for the 2026 season.

At the start of 2025, I joined @OneMore_esports . During the Winter Split, we finished 3rd in the Arabian League. In the Spring Split, even though we didn’t replicate the same result, we still qualified for Playoffs.

For the Summer Split, I returned to a Greek organization, @HWLgr , where we finished 1st in the 2nd Division Summer Cup and earned promotion to HLL through the promotional tournament.

After the Summer Split, I took some time to reflect on myself, both professionally and personally. Over the past two months, I’ve been working with a dietologist and focusing on becoming healthier, stronger, and more confident. Taking better care of myself has already helped my mindset, communication, and overall confidence as a coach.

On the coaching side, I also realized I had areas to improve. I was putting too much focus on keeping up with meta and macro trends, which hurt the quality of my individual coaching. Since then, I’ve shifted my approach. Together with @nikolex71 , I’m building a document where we collect VODs from different matchups, along with notes, to improve individual coaching and long-term player development.

I’m primarily looking for an ERL Division 1 position for 2026, but I would also consider any coaching opportunity within LFL, LVP, or Prime League, even in a limited or unpaid role, to gain experience at the highest ERL level.
