#kesaritours did not #refund the tour amount, deducted 13000 INR per passenger as a rescheduling charge for rescheduling the scheduled trip of June 2020 to June 2021. Why no refund when the tour is cancelled from your end and why rescheduling charge? @Kesarirefund
