So, you called a General, the Chain of Command, and were asked to wait; the matter would be investigated. You sha called your camera crew, went to the site, with your own armed men

What was the intent?

You were not satisfied with the response from that commanding General? So you sought self-help? So why call the General at the site?

Let's assume you were successful. This would show what? You are higher than generals? To what end? Ego?
