@ncbja, it's been 3 days. I'm having an issue, and I'm waiting. You guys sent an email that the case is closed and resolved. Here, I am again unable to conduct my business because the problem was not resolved. So i guess it's another 3 days.......seriously

@ncbja I normally don't come on social media to address any issues I'm having with NCB, but seriously, the lack of care and disregard you have for customers is very distasteful. You guys don't care if your lack of response is causing inconvenience, you guys just don't care.

@LisaHannamp Thank you for highlighting this, and I hope it sparks the need for change, especially when our children are diagnosed early. We need the resources in our schools,not many parents will be able to afford a child psychologist to assess their child. So, the resources are needed.

@LisaHannamp I want to be apart of the conversation. My son was recently diagnosed with visionary processing disorder, and every day I go to pick him up from school, the teacher complained about his behaviour. Only to find out he's frustrated because writing for him is difficult.
