NPCI has multiple issues — expired job links, corrupted SBI links, no option to file complaints against BASE, and even gave HSBC details when I asked for HDFC. False info + zero accountability is leaving customers helpless. @NPCI_NPCI @RBI @DARPG_GoI @HDFC_Bank @UIDAILucknow
