5. In the past American express cared about their customers. The agent said I can't get a credit, so I asked for an exception and to manually give me a credit and they still said no. I don't know why I am at fault when a previous agent gave me false information

3. Today is the last day I can cancel my card to get reimbursed the annual fee. I only used $118 of the $200 airline credit so I booked a $59 united pass.

4. I called an agent to cancel, and then wanted to reconfirm j would still receive my credit. I was surprised to hear that my card needed to be open to receive credit. This was not what the amex travel agent told me.
