@currys Bought a TV, got it home and it had a cracked screen. Told I have to take it back to store myself to get replacement which I did, and was told they had stock. Got there, no stock and no solution to replace.
This is unacceptable. Can someone urgently help resolve this?
@CurrysServices Really disappointed with experience in store yesterday. Bought a TV from Currys in Norwich which was damaged on opening.
Was told to return to store for replacement, made the trip, but no stock available when I arrived.
Now left without a TV for 10+ days.
@EmiratesSupport please can you let me know what is happening with my flight on Monday.can’t contact via phone or Online chat. Tried to DM but no response l. We are stuck in Sri Lanka due to fly to Cyprus via a four day layover in Dubai. Very stressed family of 4!
