@specutainment Excellent points about race control. As a race director, my priority is to the safety of the drivers and the track. I don’t have the time to worry about championship implications, and that can’t be on my mind when safety is paramount.
@specutainment Listening in while getting prepped for coaching duty at the first racing academy of the year - 70 hopeful students taking in the sights of Calabogie Motorsports Park - Should be fun!
@IMSARadio For the GTP Class split; does the split not have to be complete prior to the safety car extinguishing it’s lights which freezes the field? 60, 02 and 24 were passing after the field packed up.
@fordnation While the police are busy dealing with criminals, I think it’s time we empower the MTO to enforce the HTA on the 400 series highways. Hire 10,000 officers. The behaviour of drivers is completely unacceptable and it truly is the next pandemic.
@specutainment I’ve seen vintage racing series disqualify because teams installed more reliable parts. The fact the MG didn’t die on the side of the track half way through the race was deemed to be a competitive advantage.
@specutainment Listening live while checking the Civic for sabotage since my girlfriend has decided to race in the same category with her Miata. Is this the definition of a no win scenario??
@CBCNews The Remembrance Day ceremonies are bilingual. It would be appreciated if you didn’t dub-over the French, especially when the exact same thing is said in English either before or after. Thanks for covering this great event.
@specutainment Looking forward to enjoying the show on a long drive after an epic 3 days at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park. I still can’t get enough of pitching the car in at turn 1 while full throttle in a Honda.
@specutainment Listening live and still processing the emotions after racing at Circuit Mont Tremblant. Great battles with some Porsche 944 cars while coming home 3rd in GTE.

@specutainment Listening live for a long drive. Just got caught up on the podcasts while prepping the race car for some fun at Mont Tremblant next week.
@specutainment Listening live while casually driving the speed limit whilst being passed by cars going 50-60kph over the limit - That’s right, I’m in..... Toronto!
@specutainment Speaking of Mont Tremblant, Stroll has taken the track off the market, which means another season of track days are upon us. Although the city of Mont Tremblant have reminded residents the best way to file noise complaints to ensure the fines go through.
@BlackpoolJonny The 5 hit the 16. The 5 is in the garage for repairs. The 16 came into the pits for service. 5 has been given a drive through penalty once it comes back.
