@RogersHistory Did I care in the 80s? I’m not sure. But then the rules were different, parents (mine) supported school and I didn’t want to be in trouble at school and at home. Things have changed so much
@RogersHistory Of course it’s not all, but it is a very loud and seen significant minority. For me the issue is that the way the are and “don’t care” is completely modelled by parents. School tries to help, immediately anti school push back. Usually where the make it personal about one staff
@bookaholicgirlx@Ria1984 And the huge missing X; and what is the work? What is the pay? What are the hours? What are the prospects?
My favourite job was when I was 18, working behind the bar of my local social club. Much better than school.
@bookaholicgirlx@Ria1984 I speak to a lot of youngsters that have left school, who always say that school was the easiest thing they’ve done, and the most caring and forgiving. School was tough when I was there in the 80s; well some days, and some were great
@Max33Verstappen@redbullracing These decisions tarnish Max’s abilities. It’ll be two titles not truly won. FIA has to stop this blatant drive to make Max champ every year. A truly great champ and driver - but may be remembered for the FIA
