"Days of dual players training five or six days a week are gone."
Sleacht Néill's Ruairi Ó Mianáin said the days of dual players training five or six nights a week are over as the club uses 50-50 split sessions between hurling and football.
The model, guided by S&C coach Mickey Forrest, has helped the Emmet's maintain their dominance across both codes with a core of players holding 13 Derry hurling titles and five Ulster Club hurling crowns.
Best of luck to Shane, Paul and all off the @UlsterGAA Wheelchair hurling Team ahead of their All-Ireland Finals on Saturday. Major push by this crew, Hope they can drive on at the weekend.🏆🥇 Don't forget to tune in..https://t.co/z2kAybiYLD
