I am ofcourse not shocked. I would be stupid to do so given that we are seeing two three four sometimes five murders everyday by wives in collusion with lovers. I am asking a simple question. If someone has an active partner, why marry at all?

There is a reason why clothes for Holi are different from Diwali. There is a reason why people dress differently for a wedding than halloween. Culture, traditions and events have relevant clothing, sweets, food and they are defined by what is appropriate according to them and what's not.

Stop justifying absolutely ridiculous dressing meant only to grab eyeballs(and you're getting paid for it) with idea of people telling women what to wear.

You wear all this in all your movies because you hardly know how to act and no one gives a damn because they know this is the only way you survive in the business.

But please spare our festivals

It is crazy that while the brother who seems younger to you in the ad knows well what right dressing for occasion for rakshabandhan is, but you don't.

The ad maker capitalized on sexualizing you by making you wear this and you did it happily for the fee but now giving sermons to those who are only expressing their opinion about your dress.

A small dispute of giving medicines to the kids and his wife called her family. They came. Beat him up to his death

This isn't an isolated case. So many men have reached out to us with exactly the same complaint - extreme interference by wife, her family, total control over how the husband and his family should be, immediate arrival & nasty fights over smallest of arguments, threats of false cases and violence if their demands are not met.

Indian laws believe violence can be perpetrated only from one side in a marriage - husband's side. They totally ignore women can be abusive, control freak and violent too and have family members who can make life of a man hell.

Case Today : He was a staunch believer of women's rights. Wrote about women's issues as a writer. Belonging from a traditional Indian family, opted for an arranged marriage. Did not take a penny in dowry as he was strongly against it

First day of his marriage & his wife told him she loves someone else and since her lover was from a different caste, her parents didn't allow her to marry him. She asked him for divorce. Taken aback, he tried to convince her to forget the past and move on. She vehemently denied.

He told her father. He refused to believe. Told him there is no way there will be a divorce. He accepted it as his fate and cohabited with his wife. She became abusive. First verbal abuse. Then physical abuse. Then complete mental torture daily. Her ex boyfriend would call and no one could say a word. She left when she wanted, came back when she wanted. No relationship with the husband whatsoever. He felt trapped but didn't know what to do

One day, she became so aggressive that she beat him up & his mother also black and blue. He has evidence of the assault. He decided to report it to police and went to police station.

His father-in-law begged him not to file an FIR & promised to resolve the matter and get them divorced. But months passed and still nothing happened and abuse of him and his elderly parents continued

Fed up, he filed for divorce. She immediately filed for maintenance. His advocate got sold to the other party and didn't turn up for arguments. Court passed order of 30,000 per month interim maintenance.

She also filed an FIR naming 15 family members in it, not leaving even his close friends, alleging dowry, domestic violence and what not. All cooked stories.

Police removed few names but case is running.

He paid maintenance for some time but then lost his job. Amount accumulated. She pressed for execution of maintenance. Mind it, she's an educated, learned and capable of working woman who chooses to do nothing. And if she's doing anything, she has hidden the same from the court.

So this man is jailed for a month for not paying maintenance. His parents, 75+ year old, sitting thousands of kilometres away know nothing about the torture their son is going through. His friends arrangepd the money somehow borrowing it from people and got him out from Jail after 20 days.

Now the money has accumulated again and he has sword of jail hanging on his head again. He hasn't been able to get a job because of the criminal case.

Demand of Alimony by woman started with 85 Lacs and has now reached 1 Crore. This middle class man can't gather that money even if he sells everything his parents also own. So he suffers.

It has been 3 years. Divorce hasn't moved an inch. 498A hasn't moved an inch. While the woman gets tax free income every month.

Exactly a decade ago, these two girls were termed bravehearts of India

A video of these girls beating up boys with belts in a bus went viral. They claimed they were molested by some boys because of which they beat them up

They were on prime time news. All news channels interviewed them. Haryana Govt. announced a cash reward for them for their bravery

I read a post on Facebook as to how these girls were lying through their teeth and went on ground to discover the truth

Turns out, Aarti & Pooja were serial blackmailers who had done the same with several boys in order to extort money. They beat up boys, made video & then threatened them of a molestation case if they didn't pay. Their father had taken loan from several people and even their mother had threatened several villagers of false rape case threats.

I unravelled everything on video, interviewing witnesses from the bus who shared how a fight over seat where boys wanted them to give the seat to an elderly lady turned into a molestation charge

There were several victims of these girls and her family. My videos went viral. Haryana Govt stopped the award and media went silent once actual truth emerged.

I still remember this boy Sumit. He was also falsely accused by the same girls. His father, a farmer, had to pay 20000 to settle & he didn't allow sumit to study any further

There are thousands of men walking dead today due to false allegations. Behind every one suicide like that of Deepak in Kerala there are hundreds silently suffering.

Men who wrong women and commit such crimes MUST BE PUNISHED

But women taking advantage of these laws MUST BE PUNISHED too

Only proves that I felt as disgusted with this case as everyone and felt extremely sorry for the victim and her family from what was being told in media

But when I saw interview of co-accused Shashi Singh in this case who was later acquitted, saw evidence not being shown by media, read court judgments, analysed the case and spoke to family implicated in the gangrape case by the same girl, it changed my mind

If there's a media trial, it is important to bring all evidence and facts out and let people decide. I am doing that

That's the difference between trolls like you who spit nonsense and someone like me who understands law, analyses evidence and realises the importance of fair trial
