@WVmotoguy@Restrictfootage Yeah I always thought the death penalty was cheaper than life without parole but apparently the legal costs of appeals make it more expensive.
@krassenstein@realDonaldTrump *** I’m not a lawyer ***
This would be an interesting case
Normally, things like this is just satire like an SNL sketch but because it’s an AI generated photorealistic video, some might think it’s real and then I think it could be defamation?? That’s a guess
@ma_nagoyadome I honestly have no idea. The other comments make sense. I was thinking that the catcher saw the runner going to third and instinctively threw it there by mistake?
@insanevideos Context matters in terms of what probable cause they have to arrest him. However, he didn’t resist at all and was punched multiple times. I’m obviously not a lawyer but I feel like he has a case against the police here.
@DefofFailure @hoegeniic I agree that it’s not the right thing to do but IMO, that would be the natural reaction of most people. I probably would’ve done the same. The fact that most newer cars have backup cameras along with sensors and still almost hit someone is crazy and they shouldn’t be driving.
@mattmpls33 Ahh yes, looks like you found the CEO who went undercover as an underpaid employee who doesn’t set the rules for purchasing limits but is tasked with enforcing them. Good job.
@DestinyTheGame@Bungie Just boggles my mind how a game studio builds up a die hard fan base to then just throw it away for a game that already has a weak player count. You guys are a bunch of masochists apparently.
@RACERHQ@BMWMotorsport Not that I’m an expert in marketing or anything, but if you’re heavily promoting a race that is supposedly streaming on your platform, could you maybe make sure the stream (or replay in this case) actually works before charging people?
