Since the start of the year, I have written 22 articles. Like really wrote 22 articles, which I am proud of. I may overthink a lot of things, but this isn’t one. I enjoy writing, it get my brain working. I can careless if anyone reads them, this is for me.
Lessons from today’s boxing class:
1. Most people lack eye, hand and feet coordination.
2. Technique before speed.
3. Footwork is just as important as your combo’s
4. Condition…condition….condition! Man with the wind wins the fight.
I wonder, what are the community guidelines for some of these platforms? You allow one group of people to say slurs to another group of people to attempt them to rage bait them into crashing out. How is this content not flagged & removed? Acquiring minds would like to know?
In the internet world, you can be anything you want…until you have to prove it. My advice is, false claims hurt your brand. Some things are harder to bounce back from. The best thing to be is honest with yourself.
Talk with my friend, I’ve noticed a few things.
1. How you view yourself is a different perspective than, how others’ view you.
2. People are always looking for easy rides, keep your circle tight.
3. Protect access to you and your network.
I’m a proponent of good business. Being honest with customers will ensure you repeat business even if they need to go elsewhere for a job you can’t do. Nickel & dime ppl will lose you more customers than you realize.
Took my niece to the doctor, which we refused vaccinations. Doctor tried lecturing me on the benefits, know there’s research that confirmed links to Autism & ADHD. He explained there’s new studies that recant old results. No thank you!
Had a recent opportunity cross my path, asked qualifying questions—which they had no answers to. Showed my high level skills and they still did select me. This one isn’t on me.
