3) Endlessly fobbed off with lies from @Churchill telephone agents, and email responses from a fictious complaint handler!!

Meanwhile my van is off the road for 4 weeks and counting, costing my small business money!

2) My van was very poorly repaired by @Churchill at their nominated body-shop. Having raised a complaint about the work, they consistently refuse to answer my questions, deal with the complaint, or rectify the issue. They just offer to start a new claim to put it right!!!
