Flipgrid allows teachers to facilitate video discussions. This will allow me to record my monthly newsletter and save time in my prep. The only obstacle I know I will run into is not all of my students have a computer/internet at home since I teach in a district 45% low income.

Being that I am the only person in my district who teaches music/band/chorus, twitter is good to get ideas from other music educators around the world. After working with flipgrid, this gave me the idea of instead of writing a monthly newsletter to parents, I will record them.
