First RPI ranking is out for women's lacrosse, and @StonyBrookWLAX is #5. They have one more top-25 match-up on the schedule as of this week's poll.

The national tournament is still far away, but the Seawolves are already setting themselves up for success.

Even with the level of competition they are facing the defense has the second lowest GAA (6.33) in the country.

The most important thing for Stony Brook basketball is to play their best basketball in March. No reason to overreact to the 69-57 loss to Towson.

23.3% from three is the reason they lost, the lowest clip since Jan. 8th. Season AVG is 35.4.

Stony Brook men's lacrosse is getting going against SHU. Keep your eye on 25 Robbie Smith, 44 Justin Bonacci, and 18 Ryan Dodge. Those guys could make some real noise this season.

Today it was Goods with 20, Andrej with 20, and Pratt with 18. If they get scoring from this big four, they can beat anyone in the CAA.

The Seawolves' defense (3rd best in the CAA) is their specialty. Only Hampton managed to score over 60 so far in conference play.
