Tonight, the Cumberland County Board of Education approved the renaming of the district’s Educational Resource Center to the Dr. William “Bill” Harrison Educational Resource Center.
Thank you @CCSSuptConnelly and the @CumberlandCoSch Board of Education. Humbled and appreciative. That building has special meaning as I started my leadership journey there as principal of what was Walker Elementary School in 1979.
Time to take all the money budgeted for standardized tests in 2020-21 and invest it in digital resources for students and professional development for teachers.
