@walmarthelp I really surprised that a corporate company such as @Walmart handles customer issues by hanging up if it’s a phone call, laughing in your face in person at a store location, or just not responding online/social media
@walmarthelp I was laughed at by two employees and one claiming to be the manager. I then found the store manager who asked me to return my item to the Walmart location I purchased it at? She said to call corporate for assistance and I was hung up on by five separate call center employees.
@walmarthelp I’ve now spent an hour in line to return an item, over an hour on the phone getting hung up on, and now more time on here trying to get a resolution. All I want to do was return an item I bought two weeks ago with my receipt? This is crazy what you would make a customer do
@walmarthelp This was at the Atlantic Blvd in pompano beach FL store. My items were purchased at another location but I don’t understand why I would be required to return them at the same store. For five customer service employees to hang up on me says something about the culture @Walmart
