@SpawnPoiint I'm pro physical disc because I like actually owning the game I paid my hard-earned money for. I also prefer having access offline should I be having internet issues.
@UnpluggedRetro I loved Sonic Adventure and still love it! I never played any ports of it and stuck to the Dreamcast release but...yeah I never got the hate either. I, in fact like some gameplay aspects that SA2 dropped.
@gamesyouloved I'm saying both because I genuinely was both and then when Playstation game along I was all three of them, why limit yourself by picking a side?
@EccoDolphinGame It makes it clear pretty quickly that it's not in all fairness unless you were like me and spent a half hour swimming around to destress before getting to the game.

@dizziedee Mine was Super Mario RPG, My family had Wizardry III but I was young and considered it dull. I didn't like RPGs until I played Super Mario RPG.
As someone who has used computers all my life I felt this happening in the computer realm as well. Now I can't own software, if I want to use it I need subscription plan. We need to push back against this culture more!
They removed CD/DVD drives from devices.
They made physical media harder to buy and use.
They removed expandable storage from phones.
They pushed us into streaming subscriptions.
They made always-online normal.
They made unlimited internet necessary.
Then slowly raised the price of everything.
Ownership quietly became renting.
