@British_Airways We were told blatant lies twice. Delayed leaving to have bags loaded, and then bags were being unloaded bear with, to the fact there were no bags. So why the delay departing and no bags?

@British_Airways landed in LAS tonight, on a plane that had NO luggage. 100s of people, and we are all just given a piece of paper and told to go to the website. It's absolutely shocking.
