History reflects Australian apartheid. Our treatment of Aboriginal people has scarred them. Affects mental health, violence and abuse, sense of who Aboriginal are, levels of shame and self worth.

Rheumatic fever is a disease of poverty and can be fixed. Education critical and cheaper than gaol or hospital. Potentially a silver bullet out of poverty and better health. Discrimination rife for centuries. History reflects the white view of the world.
