How do yall determine what roles will fit your voice? I feel mine hardly ever fits auditions. Not that I wont try for roles. Just feel I have that weird inbetween voice that isnt quite right nor wrong? If that makes any sense

It took a while longer to make than id like to admit. But the second episode of my vtuber audio log project is out.

I wrote the script, did the VO and the editing myself. So its not perfect, but im happy with my progress with this project

Casting isn't up to you. Once you hit submit, your job is done. The rest is out of your control.

A great performance doesn't always mean you're the right fit, but that doesn't make you any less valuable. <3

So genuine question since im seeing multiple interpretations of it.

What the hell is cold emailing someone? Ive seen a lot of people mentioning cold emailing directors and or other people involved in projects.

But I for the life of me cant find an agreed upon base answer

In the sense that, I made it feel okay to them to fail.

Like hell I got only 1 public project out there I'm in. But I'm very vocal about stuff and struggles on my streams. And to hear that has straight up inspired people. Means a lot, but goddamn is it also a weird feeling

I learned the other day. That apparently I've inspired people to get into voice acting and voice over stuff in general.

I'm not quite sure how to process that haha.
Was told because how open I am about the struggles I have with it. They felt they could do it too
